I am a Marketing major and student in the PGA golf management program (PGM) at Coastal Carolina University. I expect to graduate in 2025. I am eager to work in the golf industry and actively looking for internships to gain experience in different parts of the industry. An internship in high school at Golden Hills Golf and Country Club in Lexington, SC, opened my eyes to a career in the golf industry. During my time at Golden Hills, I strengthened my communication skills with customers and learned much-needed information about the business side of golf. This internship led me to apply to the PGM at Coastal Carolina to become a PGA professional. With the help of experience gained from summer internships, I aim to decide what jobs would best fit me in the golf industry. I am open to working for a golf course and companies dealing with golf equipment and apparel. I am eager about potential internships, so I would be pleased to talk about an internship opportunity or simply more about the golf industry.
