Work in Epic and Mckesson doing claims follow up and collections from insurance companies. Analyzes accounts, deciding when to rebill, fix and rebill corrected claims. Calls or works online websites to get claims processed. Working any and all denials to obtain payments in a timely fashion. Communicates system errors to managers to assist in getting system update performed. Initiates and completes refund to insurance companies when appropriate. Manages several work queues to maintain the AR
