- Identify key areas to optimize processes, reduce cost, increase productivity, and ultimately enhance customer experiences based on data analysis and market/ industry insights.- Measure, monitor, and report Logistics Performance in terms of operational workflow & 3PLs performance on modes of Business as usual and Mega Campaigns.- Synthesize methodology & data from different sources to deliver business insights and strategic recommendations to monitor and optimize performance and productivity of Internal Ops and External 3PL in efficiency.- Drive new BI initiatives, the standardization of data metrics to unify the data of multiple platform in one dataset for analysis and embed data-driven decision making and adoption of tools across the organization- Detect outlier and reduce risk of bug due to taking initiative in optimize and restructure most of the problematic data model, reports, dashboards.- Collaborate with Ops & 3PL in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing performance across service sectors.- Collaborate with Tech and Product team to ensure a best-in-class data warehouse infrastructure and BI environment is in place which consolidates all data sources.*** Achievement: - Successfully implemented the digital project to build KPIs & compliance metrics applied to the Transportation operations nationwide and Vendor management (3PL) to measure and control quality including Vendor Scorecard and Transportation's KPIs. - Driven data via dashboard helps the Ops and 3PL vendor easily monitor operations, performance, and be able to deeply dive into root cause of failures in operation that helps OTP, productivity, leadtime and compliance indicators under control in high efficiency and hit target.- Released E2E Material Training documents and trained SOPs to guide more than 300 drivers nationwide and manage nearly 10 vendors.
