- Plan and drive group sales to achieve sales target- Collect competitors' up to date information and fare- Effective working relationship with general public- Responsible dealing with customer requests and complaints- Manage and attend to calls & emails pertaining to group bookings;- Responsible for group bookings related functions such as create bookings, perform flight change, perform name change and assign special service request;- Coordinate with Revenue Management and RRC for valid fare approval code and fare override (if applicable);- Monitor and ensure payments are collected and updated on a timely manner as per standard operating procedures provided;- Ensure name lists are updated as per standard operating procedures provided;- Complete and submit all tracking and monitoring report as per required by the management on time.
