As a Legal Administrative Assistant, I help clients navigate the complex and dynamic field of labor and employment law in South Africa. I have a BA degree in philosophy, politics and law and also Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where I gained a solid foundation in critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and legal analysis. I have been working as a consultant for nine months, and I have already contributed to several successful projects, such as resolving disputes, drafting policies, and facilitating training. I have strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, which enable me to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, and to deliver effective and practical solutions.
