At Executive Order I worked both independently and with partner firms to provide leadership development coaching, consulting, and selection assistance. I worked with clients to implement feedback systems that allowed for improved performance and motivation and consulted with executive clients to organize working environments and enhance productivity tools to allow for better prioritization and performance. I also helped clients in the selection process including conducting retained executive searches for clients and search firms.

Worked with a variety of executive clients on leadership development engagements, which included conducting multi-rater feedback, creating executive development plans, and providing executive coaching. Trained new sales representatives in the field. Focused on expanding surgical stapling and laparoscopic instrumentation business in six Philadelphia area hospital operating rooms. Sales cycle included initial prospecting, selling in surgery, clinical product evaluation by surgeons and nursing staff and conversion from competitive product line.

Sold new product line of hematology (blood) analyzers to the hospital marketplace in central Pennsylvania. Trained sales team on hematology products and successful sales strategies.Expanded a wide variety of diagnostic instrument and reagent business in hospital and physician laboratories.
