We offer leadership development workshops, executive coaching, and assessments to ensure our clients thrive not only in the next quarter but throughout their careers.In my role, I work closely with executives to help them raise their self-awareness, enabling them to have the greatest positive impact on others. Adjunct Professor, Department of Psychology:I/O Psychology Graduate Course: Ethics in Professional Skills and Organizational Practice. This course was designed to build upon students' prior I/O knowledge by learning about current consulting practice, establishing a code of ethics, developing applied skills, and learning from each other through discussion and analysis.Undergraduate Course: Organizational Development - focus on the science and practice of making organizations better places to work and topics related to Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior including leadership, motivation, organizational justice, and organizational stress.

The Center for the Advancement of Positive Leadership (CAPL) was created to bring a positive, strengths-based approach to leadership and professional development. It represents a shift from deficit-based leadership development programs to a more affirmative way of working and leading, based on the idea that positive processes get positive results.

At Executive Order I worked both independently and with partner firms to provide leadership development coaching, consulting, and selection assistance. I worked with clients to implement feedback systems that allowed for improved performance and motivation and consulted with executive clients to organize working environments and enhance productivity tools to allow for better prioritization and performance. I also helped clients in the selection process including conducting retained executive searches for clients and search firms.

LRI is a global consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development. Worked with a variety of executive clients on leadership development engagements, which included conducting multi-rater feedback, creating executive development plans, and providing executive coaching. Provided assistance with analysis and reporting on employee engagement survey data.

WMG is a boutique executive search firm handling a diverse range of assignments within the life sciences, communications, and information services industry sectors. Executed retained searches including conducting research and/or managing research, candidate development, candidate evaluation, and presentation of candidates to client.

Trained new sales representatives in the field. Focused on expanding surgical stapling and laparoscopic instrumentation business in six Philadelphia area hospital operating rooms. Sales cycle included initial prospecting, selling in surgery, clinical product evaluation by surgeons and nursing staff and conversion from competitive product line.

Sold new product line of hematology (blood) analyzers to the hospital marketplace in central Pennsylvania. Trained sales team on hematology products and successful sales strategies.Expanded a wide variety of diagnostic instrument and reagent business in hospital and physician laboratories.

Completed formal 12-month sales training program before moving into a newly developed territory focused on large competitive accounts in the distribution marketplace.
