Rodd & Gunn is a premium menswear brand which has been selling the Kiwi Lifestyle for over 75 years, and now has a strong global presence.My key responsibilities:• Managing online stores in Canada and the United states, two growing markets with unique requirements. This includes enriching products with copywriting, several unique parameters for filtering, and maintaining, and standardised images to a high quality, as well as large amounts of self driven project work to improve the sites and keep them competitive.• Building, testing and sending at least 8 unique email marketing campaigns per week, and localising them to work across markets. This includes weekly review of marketing performance, and reviewing what's succeeding, and what needs improvement.• Detailed understanding and use of Google Analytics 4 to review all different forms and metrics of tracked data across the stores to merchandise and test new configurations with consumers, driving increased sales.• Keeping up with significant and complex changes to data privacy laws across the Northern Hemisphere, and managing cookies and scripts, as well as privacy policies to ensure all of our online activities are respecting consumer rights.• Building, testing, and launching custom landing pages, homepages, and tailored content using HTML and CSS for each unique product launch, as well as sales and seasonal promotions.• Several unique design projects related to high level changes to technical configuration and fundamental design of the store, informed by data. Creation of UI mockups using tools such as Photoshop to inform developmental decisions.• Maintaining a consistent and professional tone for our brand, as well as any brands that we partner with.
