Responsible for all complex designs of Dark Fiber sales and solutions for the Northeast Region (VA to Montreal.) Customer facing role supporting the advancement of dark fiber sales in the region. Interfaced externally with all Wireless and Wireline Carriers, Data Center Operators, Regional Carriers, Government, and large Enterprises regarding custom routing, diversity, quantity of conduit, topology, etc., for dark fiber solutions. Interfaced internally with Fiber Engineering and Large Project Solution Development teams to ensure customer requirements were met. Performed independent designs for all Cell tower front-haul and back-haul projects, custom data center builds, WiFi Kiosk projects, E-Rate, and custom long-haul opportunities that arose within the region.

Managed a team of Sales Engineers supporting the largest Enterprise, Carrier and Wireless accounts for Zayo. Oversaw technical solutions were developed to ensure accurate budgets as well as implementation timeline. Provided input to overall scope of the SE team, including process development, scalability, head-count requirements, etc. Provided input and direction on all large project and business development opportunities. Maintained workload balance and account distribution to ensure appropriate account coverage. Interfaced with all areas of the company to ensure customer requirements, SLAs, design guidelines, etc., were met in the solution. Teams were responsible for overall fiber design for tens of thousands of cell towers, including macro, micro and DAS nodes nationally and internationally.

Supported multiple National Account Managers across the Wireless and Large Carrier account verticals. Maintained all aspects of pre-sale technical solution development; obtained customer requirements, created, managed and tracked Individual Case Basis (ICB) opportunities, and packaged solutions for customer presentations. Managed responses for all Requests for Proposals addressing the overall technical solution. Developed and delivered sales training in support of products, systems, and overall network capabilities.

Managed a national Sales Engineering team in support of State Government, Research and Higher Education sales channel.

Managed a team of Network Engineers and consultants responsible for developing and depolying the architecture of a next-generation voice and data over DSL network.
