Producing the master delivery of projects at Suite.

As Front of House Manager I coordinate a team of 4 runners at Suite, creating their rotas, leading how the running team operates throughout our building, and upholding the high standards and levels of service to our clients at Suite. I also run facilities management, ensuring the office is in good order, organising contractors to complete any necessary works to our Fitzrovia townhouse.

I have a good grasp of our scheduling software, and the training has allowed me to gain a richer understanding of the post production process as a whole, from taking projects in their initial stages right the way through post production and delivering the final media.Currently I manage the deliverables for several projects and my main project is producing Suite's new showreels for 2024. This involves organising our edit assistants to ingest archive media, create an offline cut, send webviews for edit notes and approvals, create aaf and pics, relink media for online, audio mix, dropping in GFX, grade, complete layback and mixdown, and final delivery for publication on our socials and website by the end of summer.
