Representative for STS to participate in bidding and implementing projects related to Textile Circular.

Overall, in-charge of QA/QC team, Lab and incoming material inspectors (190 peoples)  Responsible for developing and implementing the QA system in accordance with the Group’s standard to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished garments. Implement Group-wide initiatives to enhance the QA system of the factory.  Providing training on customers’ quality standard to QA/QC teams and all relevant functions such as Operations, AAMT, etc. Hold regular examinations to assess understanding.  Collaborating with customers and provide suggestions / advice to continuously improve quality through the quality assurance process.  Work with fabric and sub-material suppliers for quality feedback and ask for improvement.  Collaborate with other functions (e.g. Operations, CS, GT…) to identify root causes of quality issues and provide support in developing solutions.  Create and lead Factory – wide quality mindset programs (i.e. 5S, quality competitions, etc.) and track performance against defined metrics.  Hold Immediate Employees (IEs) accountable for providing laboratory testing and fabric inspection support to the Factory to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished garments.
