Purchase Order Processor
Current- Part of the Retail Ops team responsible for creating and managing purchase orders so that stock is bought in correctly and available to be ordered.
- Creating purchase orders from record cards and packing lists from deliveries.
- Adjusting quantities, prices and locations for when stock has come in incorrectly or updated after the order has been made.
- Helping to solve delivery and account issues with the warehouse and accounting teams to get stock ready for sale.
- Liaising with category teams to make sure launch products are ready in time for presales and launch day.
- Helping to maintain workflow documents.
