- Implemented an EDI integration to automate the invoicing process, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay workflows
- Self-motivated: took initiative on building a team and establishing processes and procedures without having a boss (controller or CFO) for the first 4+ months after accepting the management roleOperations Specialist.
- Overhauled the ecommerce accounting and shipping workflow to be streamlined saving 15 hours of labor per week and the use of costly third party applications. Process was later replicated for all drop ship.
- Managed the company’s largest customer (60% of total revenue) as it doubled in sales from the previous year, implemented a purchasing process that flowed into our financials that was replicated across all import.
