-Facilitate and communicate design for multiple property types across all platforms from inception through project completion

-A new role at RG, the Creative Director works with many different teams to ensure design intent, concept, client comments and firm standards are executed to the highest potential.-Lead design on select projects from concept through CA-Work as a mentor to the design staff, helping teammates achieve their personal goals in design and growth at Rockwell Group.

-Leading evolution of Flywheel studio design for new studio locations and renovations of the current fleet.-Creating and managing Flywheel Sports brand identity, construction guidelines and prototype drawings, including layout, millwork & furniture specifications, lighting package, finish selection and design, and logo & branding usage-Managing overall design process, including architectural drawings, interior design, permitting, internal feedback and landlord approval-Responsible for the management of all vendor and consultant relationships including any RFPs for new services and new vendors-Partnering with Real Estate on site survey and schematic feasibility studies, including code review and permitting requirements.-Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and value engineering in collaboration with ConstructionResponsible for signage design and execution to best represent the brand and meet local jurisdiction approvals-Manage and develop internal Design Manager
