Thom Hess entered the environmental field in 1984, beginning as an Industrial Hygienist performing surveys, monitoring and project management for projects in the United States and abroad.In 1990 he founded ACM Services, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the general supervision and control of all business activities. Oversees all operational duties and is involved in many phases of each project.
