Assists units with points of contact for procedures covering equipment shortages or replacement of unserviceable items. Responsible for conducting a 40 hour GBS operator course with certification for 20-40 students, and a 160 hour course for 1-5 TSBM team members. These courses include podium, OJT training, and an extensive troubleshooting objective. Utilized the WISE portal for student rosters, grading, and certification. Ensured daily summaries were submitted to the GBS team and Program office. Serves as a GBS FSR for unit integration missions, and system administrator for the TSBM. During integration FSR is responsible for OJT training/refresh, assisting unit S-6/S-2’s with Mission requests, Satellite Acquisition Requests, product guides, system integrity, troubleshooting, and procedures for RESET (if necessary).
