I'm a creative & performance director based in London, but working internationally with a variety of companies including Secret Cinema and Gingerline. I develop innovative shows and immersive events from the ground up, creating productions for (to date) up to 5000 audience members per night. Work includes Directing Secret Cinema's outdoor production, 'Dirty Dancing'.Prior to this, I worked with 'Les Enfants Terribles' on a large-scale production for 'Esch 2022' as part of the European capital of culture for an audience of 20,000. I am also a Performance Director for 'Immersive Cult' on a range of exciting projects.Previous work includes:- Performance Director on Secret Sofa which won a Time Out award.- Creative Associate & Resident Director on Secret Cinema Presents 'Stranger Things'. - Associate Creative Director for Secret Cinema Presents Baz Luhrmann's 'Romeo and Juliet', an outdoor spectacular on the streets of Verona.I use my training as an actor to create diverse and memorable work on both small and large scales through collaborations with cast and production, in which the story is at the heart.Some of the work I do includes: narrative & script development, audience journey & experience creation, performance casting and rehearsals, ongoing show development, marketing stunt development, liaising and collaborating with teams across a performance including lighting, sound and set design.I trained as an actor and have over 15 years of experience in Theatre.Communications training:I'm also a highly experienced facilitator and communications coach with over 12 years in practice. I help to develop clients' skills, drawing from my work as a director with a particular focus on creativity, agility, storytelling, improvisation and presence. I utilize my training as an Actor to give constructive and developmental feedback.
