Currently a Professional Rugby Player for Doncaster Knights. Former Leicester Tigers rugby player and youngest Leicester Tigers captain in a premiership game. Former Doncaster Knights Club Co-Captain (22/23) and former Jersey Reds rugby player. My ambition for a long and successful professional career is accompanied by my fascination with the mind, in particular the relationship between mental and physical health and how we can optimise both for success professionally and personally. I graduated my psychology degree with a 2:1 while simultaneously gaining experience as Lead Performance Coach at Strive Academy - during my ‘year out’ from Professional sport. I have my level two rugby coaching certificate, which is being utilised as Line - Out coach at Sheffield Tigers. I am also an ambassador for the fantastic charity called Little Troopers and Co-Host of the podcast - SQUAD.
