• Use SAMSIE to enter analyze data. • Assign work order control numbers and work center codes to jobs. Review work orders to identify problems that are suggested as corrective action to supervisor. Sort and distribute work orders to section leads.• Maintain files of documents used and prepared• Compute hours from employee time cards and post in SAMSIE used for historical data. • Maintain control of Employee Personnel Files/Schedules in SAMSIE.• Created and maintain Signature Card database in share file to ensure that customers are authorized to sign, drop off and pickup vehicles or equipment. • Compile, analyze and report to Government monthly Deliverables, which require knowledge of Excel and Access to analyze and produce. • Correspond directly with Government for everyday functions concerning funding and SAMSIE issues.• Perform other duties and activities as directed.
