I was the Technical and Business Lead for a B2B platform for a Destination Management Company. Re-payments from the other businesses was something the company was spending a lot of effort on. I implemented a Credit Card Payment gateway for the vendors to start making payments. Post this the repayment times were reduced to days from a few months.

Technical Lead for Integrations to sync the Loyalty solution to the various Points of Sale used in the retail industry. The product I worked with had a real time event driven Campaign Management System. The channels broadcast the campaigns were through SMS, E-mail and social media channels.Came up with an application for automated integration of the loyalty solution to Points of Sale like Micros, NCR, Microsoft Retail Management Solution to name a few.

Started my career as a developer using C, C++, C# and Java with Microsoft SQL as a back. From a business perspective some of the problems I solved were: Campaign Management, Loyalty Program launch and Plano-gram optimization.
