Responsible for all Purina portfolio, marketing strategy and communication, team management and business P&L.Overseeing multiple projects in the areas of portfolio, consumer and communication strategy, digital and social media, e-commerce, supervision of media agencies, launch of new brand, team reorganization and succession plan.

As part of an internal team of 3 consultants, I was responsible for the commercial side (marketing and sales). After an in-depth analysis of the market situation, we defined a 5-year strategic business plan for the region (business model, route to market, organisation, portfolio management) and supported the country managers and the market team in the execution of the plan, with the development and implementation of the relevant marketing and customer plan for the region.

Responsible for super premium brands in the Purina Portfolio (Gourmet, Purina ONE and Felix) and related P&L; team management.I defined the marketing strategy and communication plan, launched the Felix brand (naming, adverstising campaign for price positioning), strengthened the leadership position for the other brands with a focus on optimising investments and implementing the business plan.

- Brand Re-launch: medium-term strategic plan definition, development of new logo and packaging design, product innovation and communication strategy - Participation in the sales process of the "Santa Rosa" business unit with support to the investment bank and presentation to potential buyers- Commercial policy, sales force objectives definition, relationship with Customers

- Defining the local strategy and communication plan - Relaunch of the Calvé TopDown range: concept design, product positioning, development of new recipes with R&D, new packaging, communication campaign (TV and Print)

- Defining promotional policies and goals for the sales force - Management of ‘First entry’ of Knorr brand in the chilled market with fresh soups- Implementation of category management projects

- Re-launch of Knorr Ready-made Sauces: consumer insight, concept definition, recipes development with R&D, packaging development, advertising campaign definition and implementation
