MixWell is a producer of gluten free and allergy free products. Main products are gluten free flour and baking mixes aswell as other dry mixes. MixWell sells products both to consumers aswell as to bakery and industry customers. My main task is to lead the company regarding sales, production and overall management.

Overall responsibility for production, warehouse, personnel, environment etc for the production site. Responsible for approximately 15 persons in our own organisation and 43 hired persons.

Production manager with overall responsibility for the production of chilled ready meals including: efficiency, production planning, production development, product development, personnel, quality & maintenance. Matfabriken is a producer of chilled ready meals with a shelf life of 13-16 days. The production is aproximately 7000 portions a day. Matfabriken delivers products with the Souperb brand to the retail sector and the Varsågod brand to older- and disabled persons that get food delivery to their home. The Souperb brand consist of 15 dishes deliverd every day. The Varsågod brand has a meny of 14 dishes that changes every week. Work involves managing the production staff, quality assurance and improve the production of chilled ready meals.

Quality assurance and control, responsible for products purchased from European suppliers and self-produced products. Involved in the development of quality systems, products and market information. Also responsible for the auditing of suppliers, compliance with laws and to provide customers with accurate information about products (amongst others content and logistics information). Was a part of the Company quality team with responsibility to develop standards and metodhs for the Quality and food safety based on the HACCP, BRC, ISO standards and other known facts. Took part in the third party audits preformed by our certification body. The company purchased bake off products from about 15-20 different suppliers in Europe and had a turnover of about 75 million euros.

Both school and project work. Quality documentation and development of HACCP and BRC system in production of baked goods.The company is a industrial baker that produces baked goods both for their own brand and for the retail brand in Sweden.Turnover was approximately 12 million euro.

Project responsible in the development of HACCP and production system. The company is a producer of ready to bake flour mixes for persons with celiac disease. A small company with a turnover of approximately 0,8 million euro.
