He has set up the operational processes, established the policies, programs, and tools for project management departments, hired the integrated staff, and managed the teams necessary for the successful execution of corporate/contractual development projects. He has supervised, developed, and managed teams in CAISO, West, NYISO, and ERCOT regions. Mr. Edwards has experience in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Nuclear, and Construction.• Complex Management: History of successfully managing personnel and capital intensive/ high profile, and urgent initiatives. Broad range of experience: Renewables, Battery Energy Storage Systems, construction, new nuclear power plant construction projects (EPC), First of a Kind Engineering projects, utility Extended Power Uprate (EPU) projects, and plant major modifications.
