• Establish, grow, and develop KEYENCE's Sourcing Pillar. Developed, lead, and facilitated 3 seperate leadership programs, each lasting 2-3 weeks. I instructed Leaders in Training I, LIT II's, and Counselors in training across 4 of the 6 sessions in a summer. I developed 8 Counselors out of my training program that became full time staff within the next 3 years. My other 2 sessions were spent as a Coordinator, assisting both land, waterfront, and trips coordinators with their daily requirements.
