Operate as the Manager of the Sourcing and Corporate Recruiting pillars of KEYENCE America

• Establish, grow, and develop KEYENCE's Sourcing Pillar. Create a team focused on direct sourcing, and direct messaging to fill KEYENCE's growing Entry-Level Class• Develop a strong relationship and gain the trust of Officer and Director level leaders within the organization to provide the highest level of service• Tasked with sourcing over 100 direct sourcing candidates in a fiscal year as a team: Focusing on LinkedIn and Handshake direct messaging• Identify key market trends in Posting and Sourcing and identify new avenues of growth for KEYENCE in these sectors• Provide the analytics to both the sourcing and TA team as a whole, focused on plain truth reporting so we can better react to changes in our enviroment/plan• Train all new TABPs on the products within my pillar and mentor all new hires in Sourcing best practices

• Establish and manage strong relationships with our National Sales Directors across all product lines to meet their headcount goals with on-time delivery • Oversee the Posting and Sourcing effort for the entire Talent Team, providing direct feedback, identifying new strategies and assigning weekly responsibilities• Consistently evaluate processes and systems (LinkedIn, WayUp, Handshake, Symplicity, Glassdoor) to increase results, reduce company time and spend, and improve candidate experience• Responsible for analyzing talent acquisition data, and utilize a data focused approach to all sourcing and posting activities• Travel nationwide six months of the year for campus recruitment initiatives • Manage multiple projects per year to streamline processes, drive new initiatives, and improve our new hire's experience

Ensure the future success of the company by networking with outside agencies, source prospective candidates, and engage students interested in Sales.

I am part of the Executive board for my "home", YMCA Camp Pinewood. My duties include recruitment, alumni efforts/event planning, and Sponsorship fundraising. This is a Volunteer position

• Responsible for management of the Battalion Staff, providing them with direction, implementation plan, and goals, to ensure the Battalion's success• Directly manage and evaluate the abilities of 2 Officers, and 3 NCO's within the Battalion• Provide a link between the staff and the Battalion Commander, offering clear guidance and direction for all major tasks including Annual Training.

Developed, lead, and facilitated 3 seperate leadership programs, each lasting 2-3 weeks. I instructed Leaders in Training I, LIT II's, and Counselors in training across 4 of the 6 sessions in a summer. I developed 8 Counselors out of my training program that became full time staff within the next 3 years. My other 2 sessions were spent as a Coordinator, assisting both land, waterfront, and trips coordinators with their daily requirements.
