It's not all fun and games though with screening telephone calls and visitors, resolving routine and complex inquiries, schedules and maintaining a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinating related arrangements but I do the best job possible and go the extra mile to do everything with a smile on our faces. The parts I enjoy a lot include assisting with the preparation of reports. While no job is easy it is always a tall task to make sure that everyone has a working knowledge of departmental and company policies and practices. One of the best parts of being with T-Mobile would include working together with a team and having the assistance of other administrative assistants on a project basis. While working in a team makes the job easier, it is nice to know that there is limited supervision. #moveforward
