My job as Supervisor of Widerøe ranged from creating rules, update systems, inform, and perform quality control of all systems. In addition, I have built up Wideøes website for agents from scratch to what it is today. I was also IATA approved in advance and ticket fares. The following is the IATA `s toughest and hardest course in ticketing.I was responsible for all new ticketing agreements with new and existing airlines. This applies to everything from implementing the agreements, to enter agreements. Have also been contact to the IATA, Gallileo, Amadeus and other system companies.Moreover, I have also worked with industrial relations. There was a lot of work to maintain real intent, and and make new realasjons.The development of Widerøes internet booking, I have also been involved in from the start. Till this was one private company under Widerøe.My personal characteristics where accurate, hardworking, good interpersonal skills, the ability to development, implementation and structure. Having done that the projects have been successful. Has been the key to my good results.
