My duties include to over see branch running towards making profit, supervising my subordinates, delegation of duties to my staff, controlling the cash flow at a branch level, formulation of policies and procedures of the organization towards making profit, marketing strategies to march the current competition in micro-finacing sector.

Jamii Bora bank is a brain child of Jamii Bora Kenya ltd which operates as a micro-finance institution in serving the most destitute both in urban slums and rural suburbs in Kenya. In Jamii Bora I worked as a senior officer in charge of savings mobilization and loan management strategies. Recruiting new clients, Training and Capacity building them were one of my best areas I performed in. New Branch establishment in the lower Western Kenya was one of my achievements.
