Responsibilities :• Responsible for handling various legal issues on Group level on a day to day basis.• Developing legal strategies and providing timely solutions / advises locally and various international jurisdictions for the Group Companies. • Ensuring the Corporate Legal, Regulatory & Statutory Compliances in various jurisdictions.• Handling of various Agreements / Contracts related to Mining Business, Energy Contracts, Real Estate, Cyber & Technology Contracts & Media Contracts, EPC etc., such as Sales Purchase Agreements, Project Contracts, EPC Contracts, Back to Back Contracts, Teaming Agreements, Sub Contractor agreements, Leasing Agreements, JV Agreements etc.,• Expertise in handling Retail, Supply and Distribution Agreements, O & G Contracts• Structuring, Drafting and Vetting of all Domestic and International Commercial Agreements • Expertise in Joint Venture, Merger and Acquisition of Companies • Formation of Companies, Amendments and Winding up of Companies., in various jurisdictions across the world• Handling of Government issues such Commercial licenses, Permits, Visas, Immigration, Labour issues, Commercials Disputes, Real Estate transfers, sales & Purchases, Governmental Compliances etc.,• Expertise in handling Litigation and Arbitrations in all levels of judiciary in various jurisdictions, • Expertise in Legal Cost Management.• Negotiations and settlement of Contracts and Liabilities and debit restructuring with Corporate and Banks.• Expertise in effective Contract negotiations , and Labour management • Expertise in Trade marks & Patent Registrations in various jurisdictions.

• Dealing with all the company’s litigation matters in all areas of law. Regularly involved in the redrafting of submissions by external lawyers to a professional standard especially in arbitration matters before the DIAC & ICC. • Provide legal advice and services in respect of all corporate legal matters arising out of the daily business activities by the Group to safeguard against legal exposure. Regular coordination with External Lawyers on all of our legal cases• Exposure to drafting commercial and Joint Venture Agreements, vetting construction contracts, MOU and LOA, Company formations, merger, winding up of companies, dispute resolution and drafting settlement agreements. • Formation of onshore / offshore companies and restructuring of the Chairman’s personal assets, Compliance with governmental, JAFZA and other Free Zone Legal Formalities.• Handling of the Property & Investment Division which includes Negotiation & Finalization of Property investment deals such as sales, purchase & Leasing, Property Management etc.• Handling of Personnel & Administration Department which includes, licensing, visas, labour issues, internal grievances. • Handling Debit Recovery, Recovery analysis, appointment of Agents & External Lawyers.

• Ensure compliance of statutory EXIM requirements & policy matters.• Legal vetting of agreements. • Handling Customer complaints and drafting legal replies. • Handling Tax related issues. • Assist in negotiating deals. • Co-ordination with Government. Departments. • Providing instructions to Solicitors & Advocates. • Drafting of agreements, commercial contracts & legal deeds. • Conversant with Civil, Criminal, Customs, Excise and Contractual Laws.

• Provide assistance to Branch Co-ordination & follow-up. • Follow-up with the collection Agencies, Repossession Agencies & DMAs. • Analysing Market Share & reporting. • Co-ordination with the branches for monthly reporting to HQ. • Administrative Responsibilities like coordination with the Banks, DMAs, etc.• Drafting of letters, agreements and notes independently. • Make appointments & maintain schedules. • Arrange meetings, including taking minutes and follow-up actions.
