• Execution of plumbing and drainage works as per the project completion schedule by referring approved drawings• Ensure work is executed in site accordance with the contract specifications, JCA and BOQ.• Give guidance for drafting shop drawings in line with design drawings by incorporating of relevant information / data.• Identify and order materials/equipment required for the project as per approved specifications and drawings of the consultants.• Follow up and ensure availability of all materials and equipments in a timely manner. • Prepare site progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis by identifying time over run and slipping activities.• Installations, Testing, commissioning and final handover the A/C, Plumbing and drainage system for entire project• Ensure all site safety practices and procedures and implemented and followed.• Preparing Tender with bills of Materials required for the entire projects
