The main tasks are about administrating and creating contracts, invoices and related documents, and preparing sales figures for the sales management. Additionally, I am also the contact for customers when they need information about or want to change data regarding current contracts or invoices.Very apart from the sales service's obligations, I also applied for the role of the CRM key user which means to test our customer's data programme, look for opportunities for improvement, and report to our development team ideas for improving work procedures within CRM, bugs and errors. Being responsible for different scholarship-programmes for students and doctoral candidates from Latin-America. These scholarship-holders stay some time in Germany in order to realize projects for their studies for which they apply for financial support from the DAAD. My job is to manage the application and preparation for the selection commission. Besides this, I also give advices and help to the scholarship-holders for their stay in Germany.

Being a project assistant I had to prepare various press reviews, send and analyse social-media events and comments. For a time I was also responsible for the direct communication with social-media users on the own channel of some companies. The objective of all this was to provide the companies with an overview about the news and comments on the social-media plattforms.
