I discovered my passion for music at the age of 6. Growing up in the late 80's and 90's my biggest inspiration came from film composer giants like James Horner, James Newton Howard, Philip Glass, Thomas Newman, Rachel Portman, Hans Zimmer, John Powell to name a few. I believe I have a versatile style ranging from full orchestral to minimalist and experimental. I combine acoustic live instruments with synths, sound design, ethnic flavors and often live vocals. I think my strongest skill is the ability to evoke deep emotions through music. I am completely self taught in everything I do and while I don’t consider myself a professional pianist by any means, I always perform the piano parts myself in my music.My works have been featured on Tv worldwide and I also compose orchestral cues for top trailer music labels like ‘Audiomachine’ and ‘Eternal Eclipse’, with many of my tracks being used in major Hollywood film campaigns by clients like Disney, Marvel, 20th Century Fox, Netflix, Warner Bros. and movies including Dune, Avengers: Endgame, Brooklyn, The Witcher, Little Women, The OA: Part II and more. I’ve composed original music for video games like Heroes of Newerth, Lornsword Winter Chronicle and more recently for Throne & Liberty by NCSOFT.I have had the honor of having my music performed and recorded by many renown ensembles, including London Symphony Orchestra, London Philharmonia Orchestra at the legendary Abbey Road Studios & AIR Studios, Capellen Orchestra & Choir in Prague and Sofia Session Orchestra & Choir in Bulgaria.I love to compose music for anything that requires deep emotions. My all time favorite director / composer relationship is M. Night Shyamalan and James Newton Howard (Lady in the Water being my #1), I absolutely adore what they have achieved together, their collaboration had a huge impact on my youth and on my musical path. I also love grand movies / lush scores like The Lord of the Rings, Braveheart, Gladiator, minimalist dramas like The Hours, The Lovely Bones, Marvin’s Room, experimental works like Koyaanisqatsi, beautiful documentaries from David Attenborough, dramatic animations like Up, Inside Out and video games like The Last of Us Part I & II, Heavy Rain, Horizon Zero Dawn and anything from Hideo Kojima. The most important aspect for me is the emotional / dramatic weight the music can evoke complimenting the story, no matter what the genre of the project is. If there is depth and meaning, I’ll be inspired without limits. My goal is to have the privilege to work alongside amazing people on similarly impactful projects.
