Perform PM on equipment assigned to our area. Trouble shoot and repair electrical issues up to 480 volts. Trouble shoot mechanical issues and repair. Trouble shoot some PLC issues and repaired. Worked on belt conveyers, vibratory conveyors, screw conveyors, elevators. Trouble shoot and repaired hydraulic issues. Can weld using mig, tig and arc weld. Proficient with all hand tools. Trained in LOTO, Arc flash, fork lift, man lift and small crane use. Able to produce work orders on computer for work that was completed.

Supervise departmental performance measures and provided progress reports to the maintenance manager. Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established policies and procedures. Prepare and present information for briefings, studies and reports as requested by management or as required by the client/ Military to maintain operations. Attend, conduct, coordinate and provide status in meetings as requested by government customer or management. Provide direction to subordinates using established policies and procedures. Give training classes once a week to employees on different maintenance issues and safety issues.

Inspector/Lead Mechanic, Oversee the repair and maintenance of armored M1025, M1026, M1114, and M1151 model HMMWV’s, 5-ton trucks, LMTV and HEMTT. Diagnosed and corrected electronic circuitry malfunctions and completed required maintenance forms for the Military in support of their missions in Afghanistan at the Forward Operating Base Sharana. Inspected vehicles and completed estimated cost of damage (ECOD) paperwork for the turn-in of over $180,000.00 of recoverable items. Served as the Maintenance Supervisor in the absence of the Supervisor.

Serviced and repaired non-tactical vehicles model; Ford F-250, F350, Everest, Ranger & Toyota Hilux used by U.S. Military at Bagram air base in Afghanistan. To include troubleshooting diesel engines and replacing diesel engines. Completed paperwork for all services completed. Located parts for vehicle to be repaired. Filled out time sheets at the end of every work day and submitted them at the end of the work week.
