Cara Property Management invests and manage residential rental properties, more specifically college housing. As a shareholder within the company, my role is to find and analyze potential investment opportunities. After the acquisition of a potential investment property, my business partners and I remodel the home to help increase the quality of living for our tenants.

Position includes ordering product which requires the tracking prior sales to estimate proper inventory levels to meet future demand. Regularly meet with manufacturers to review current product offerings and place future product purchase orders. Assist in website maintenance including product additions for consumers to purchase. Price product at a level both profitable to Efootwear and affordable to the consumer. Process and fill internet orders as well as merchandise returns. Customer service in both retail store and through phone orders. Supervise sales associates in retail locations including scheduling, reconciling daily receipts, training new employees, and opening and closing of stores.
