Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support- Conduct regular staff meetings to enhance staff skills and knowledge- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to provide resources and support for our residents- Provide crisis intervention and resolve conflicts in a professional and compassionate manner

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Directly manages the day-to-day operation of the Work Unlimited program- Supervises job coaches which includes training and evaluating performance- Oversees the fiscal sustainability, success and future growth of the Work Unlimited Program- Expanded the Work Unlimited Program from one location to three locations in my first six months- Democratic and empathetic management style

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Following the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Evidence-Based treatment model of supported employment.- Supporting clients with all aspects of employment- Attending treatment team meetings for all required teams- Continuously networking with local employers with the intention of developing jobs for clients- Helping clients manage their mental health symptoms and use of substances

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Tutoring undergraduate students with their school writing assignments - Assisting with editing and revision - Empowering students to become more confident writers

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Compiling and examining workforce analytics - Digitizing new hire paperwork using the product HelloWorks- Performing various administrative tasks using the Applicant Tracking System Jazz HR- Assisting in various projects related to recruitment - Accurately maintaining employee files with confidentiality - Abridging the organization's employee handbook

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supervising bellmen - ensuring team objectives are accomplished - Scheduling bellmen and other staff members- Greeting guests- Luggage expedition- Activity setup and breakdown- Continental breakfast supervision
