Initially employed as bar staff but quickly promoted to Cocktail Supervisor, training both staff and management in mixology. I was also appointed Sales Co-coordinator, which involved taking customer bookings, confirmation and checking customer satisfaction. I also actively took part in a number of promotional campaigns for the company when introducing new offers and menu items.
