With just under 10 years of experience in change and project management, I am a business change manager at Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB), a leading organisation that supports the victims of uninsured and hit and run drivers. I work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects that improve the performance, efficiency, and customer experience of MIB. I have a strong background in driving change through the digitalisation of business processes that enhances maturity and transforms business areas. I hold the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. I have also lead projects working in Agile, hybrid and iterative ways of working and methodologies. Previously, I was at Allianz Insurance where I lead the implementation of the procurement strategy, digitalisation and performance maturity framework. I also delivered and lead multiple change projects within the change portfolio during my 5 years in the business change team at Allianz. I am passionate about driving business transformation, maturity and innovation through collaboration, value add and benefits realisation, people change, diversity, and social responsibility.
