I work with over 20 health systems across the Midwest and help them access limited distribution drugs, access local and regional payers, and consult with them on strategies to grow their pharmacy business

Recruited to lead home infusion services division and standardize operations of acquired locations. Directed employees in multiple states with plans to expand into new states. Responsible for all pharmacy operations, P&L, budgeting, sales, marketing, and growth.Selected Accomplishments:•2018 added $1.6M (178% increase) to EBITDA YOY. Reduced labor cost over $480K and increased productivity. Negotiated purchasing contacts and standardized purchasing across all locations decreasing costs by over $760K.•2019 on budget to add $1.1M (44% increase) to EBITA with new location and improved marketing of specialty pharmacy therapies. •Formalized incentive plan for sales and marketing team and heightened accountability. Improved sales by driving growth of 4 profitable therapies including specialty pharmacy medications. In 2018, increased specialty medication new starts 380% and revenue from $2.18M to $2.97M YOY.
