- Provide expert-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, zoom, and in-person, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT problems, leveraging knowledge of both Windows and Mac environments.
- Process and complete tickets submitted for onboarding new employees, registering new workstations, and resolving outages to reduce downtime.
- Installs, configures, and maintains computer hardware, software applications, and peripherals to meet user and organization requirements.
- Conducts regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Remote hybrid position with alternating shift assignments.
