Before that, I was at the helm of Nextera, a biotech company delving into complex molecules and biologics. My role as Commercial Director at Pronova BioPharma was a pivotal experience, both managing a huge partner and a blockbuster drug. This experience gave me an opportunity to work within the intricacies of the whole value chain within pharma. It's also where I had the backing to complete my Master of Management, really experiencing the value of continuous learning and leadership development. My tenure with AstraZeneca, covering various roles from Sales Rep to Marketing Manager, honed my skills in launching products, leading teams, and driving sales strategies.I bring a leadership style that values collaboration, innovation, and the empowerment of teams to excel.
