Before that, I was at the helm of Nextera, a biotech company delving into complex molecules and biologics. My role as Commercial Director at Pronova BioPharma was a pivotal experience, both managing a huge partner and a blockbuster drug. This experience gave me an opportunity to work within the intricacies of the whole value chain within pharma. It's also where I had the backing to complete my Master of Management, really experiencing the value of continuous learning and leadership development.
