-Assisted with the preparation of responses to requests for information from the Texas Work Force Commission, EEOC, DOL, and other governmental agencies.-Ensured company’s charter values are understood and implemented across the business and organization.-Partnered with the Supply (240+ employees) and IS (200+ employees) business units to develop overall business strategy and objectives. -Instrumental with successful completion of ODP within the IS function. -Conducted full cycle recruitment of all personnel assigned to drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. -Established a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company.-Conducted presentations and interviews on college campuses to recruit, attract, and retain top performers.- Strong success in recruiting/filling Maritime industry related positions such as OIM's, Marine Engineers, Mates, Seaman, Deck positions, etc. -Oversaw and assisted in the selection process by reviewing resumes, verifying employment, testing applicants and conducting personal interviews.-Thorough knowledge of shore-based and offshore drilling operation job requirements and specifications.-Experience recruiting all personnel for offshore rigs such as Drillship's, Dynamic Positioned semi-submersibles, and jackups. Positions include but not limited to Roustabouts, Drillers, Subsea Engineers, Electricians/ET’s, Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineers, Assistant Drillers, Mechanics, etc.-Assisted in developing and executing global staffing strategies for offshore drilling operation positions. -Utilized creative recruiting strategies to source and recruit top talent, coordinate the screening process, and close job offers.

-Maintain / update employee and HR master data in SAP - incl. completion of bulk data changes (end-to-end data processing across the full employee lifecycle and all HR functional areas) -Develop and run ad-hoc and standard queries/reports in SAP as required to support line managers and other HR staff, ensuring data quality and appropriate timeliness -Manage SAP reporting processes, incl. data analysis, data quality assurance, tracking of process completion and performance, etc. -Provide authorized third party (e.g. public authorities) with information and statistics as required (incl. legal/statutory reporting like FBT, etc.) -Process organization structure changes (model / analyze changes, obtain approvals, initiate and monitor SAP updates performed by MDO) -Receive and process time & attendance requests (e.g. time sheets, work schedule changes) and perform related SAP updates (incl. absences, attendances, related allowances) -Perform pre-payroll reconciliation (data validation, missing data, data integrity, payroll validation) as required - Perform payroll related administration (e.g. garnishments, tax adjustments, bank rejects, loans, pay simulations, time evaluations) as required -Produce pay advice statements and disburse to employees.
