Competed reliability testing to support design changes. Managed partner relations as the business transitioned from the US to Asia for manufacturing production. Detailed design specifications, testing and data analysis from supplier testing was required to ensure a high quality product.

Designed custom cellular handsets for the OEM automotive market, including display, backlighting, PCB layout and injection molded housings. Traveled to Europe to support vendor first off tooling, prototype builds and factory ramp.

Designed custom enclosure systems for the Outside Plant Division. Enclosure systems were a combination of metal stampings and injection molded housings. Product needed to meet extreme outdoor environmental conditions for all US and Latin America customers (UL and CSA).
