Bloomfield Center office.Manager of this $70 MM office supervising a staff of 20 employees including assistant manager and operations officer. Supervised and developed a $5.5 MM loan portfolio. Other responsibilities included business development, customer retention and community involvement.

Hired to develop and supervise operations of Secaucus office, a $5.9 MM in l987 which grew to $16.8 MM by 3/91. Responsibilities included supervising assistant manager and staff of seven, commercial lending and preparation of documentation, new business development and overseeing all branch operations. Received three cross-sell awards and four branch.
