• Established all new application services platforms for NB after the Lehman Bankruptcy. This included hiring and managing staff to engineer, build, and implement development, staging, and production instances for Database Administration and Data Services, Web Services, Document Management, MQ Trade Messaging, a Scheduling platform, Business Intelligence/ETL, Identity Management, Webcasting and Web Content Management environments. This was done in less than four months, in two newly established Neuberger Berman data centers. This effort was completed under budget and was a key catalyst in saving the firm millions in TSA costs.• 24/7 Leadership and Management of the Application Services Team consisting of 19 team members.• Successfully managed the migration of content from the Legacy Lehman/Barclays Capital infrastructure into two new Neuberger Berman Data centers. This effort facilitated the migration of over 200 applications and was completed without disruption to the NB business and or trading environments.
