In 2002 I launched the first Premium Rollator Topro Troja in Germany. A product which had to be paid by the endusers. A view years later we achieved the possibility to use the support from the healthcare insurance companies (Aufzahlung). What happens was a new acceptance of people to use rollators providing safety and dignity. A new market was born supporting millions of people with walking disabilities to gain back their freedom and their Spaß am Leben Joy Of Life.In 2016 I founded Saljol to focus on this need in countries where the demographic demand solutions to help people staying at home and independent as long as possible.That’s what I do for 8 years now and the next decade to come … . It’s not work, it’s a life task a commitment, the best reason to stand up everyday.How do I do it?I am coaching the best team to bring the "Spass am Leben Joy of Life" attitude to the world. Leadership for me means - exemplifiying, - hiring the best or the ones who are rough diamonds just waiting to get the chance to shineand keep the Rock´n Roll attitude- offering a terrain for creative, open minded humans with professional business attitude and good skillsWorking for me meansliving my vision and ideas which ends up in living my life - I do not need to count hours anymore - I simply do what I like to do.Finally I am an entrepeneur and I have a dream!I am open to share experiences and look forward to get in contact with anybody with a similar attitude from all over the world.Let’s do the change, where we have the power to do it.
