Current• Performed basic automotive repairs such as; oil changes, air conditioning systems, brakes, rotors, differentials, axels, etc. Repaired all car models. Interacted with customers, explained procedures being performed and answered customer questions.• Worked the front counter. Duties included phone calls, checking people in and out, working register, and extensive customer service. • Shop Maintenance. Repaired items within the shop structure, such as garage doors, shelves, hose lines, etc.• Transported customers between their home and the shop resulting in extensive customer interaction. Dealt with customers of all ages, nationalities and economic levels. • Drove to get parts all over Northern Virginia.
