CurrentI lead the development and support of 13 software applications across Wholesale and IoT, guiding a team of 30+ talented individuals through our digital transformation. With the help of 5 direct reports, including Engineering managers, QA managers and Solution Architects. We work together to solve complex challenges across multiple engineering disciplines.As part of our cloud architecture strategy, I’ve helped shape the technical direction for our teams, focusing on key issues like API security and scalable infrastructure. I’ve also played a hands-on role in leading our transition to modern cloud technologies like AWS, ensuring we’re well-equipped for the future.I’ve acted as Engineering Director, enhancing our hiring process with a strategic framework and leading a successful re-organization that brought together 400 engineers. Building strong, collaborative teams is a passion of mine, and I’ve helped form high-performing squads from scratch in Wholesale and IoT.I thrive on solving big technical challenges and fostering a supportive, growth-focused culture where our teams can innovate and succeed.
