I was a telephony agent for Target (an outsourcing company). The role itself involved working on the customer service line for the Simple Payment Plan, which was developed to help vulnerable customers pay their TV licence.

This was predominantly a bar work job, the venue was focused on selling food as well as maintaining a well curated selection of speciality ales and spirits. During this time I was used to help train new starters. I left this job when I found new employment after being furloughed due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
