Savanna Energy Transport Manager Duties Include: Work a 5/2 roster – Living Locally to Toowoomba (7:30am – 4:00pm daily) Manage my team of 28 operators and 4 rig move managers to deliver rig move services to 9 Savanna Energy Rigs  Manage the development of new systems to improve all transport services, improve culture and implement a strong HSSE focus with a diverse and experienced approach amongst my team. Manage rig move requirements to for fill the Santos, Arrow, and Origin scope of work for there drilling requirements Ensure accuracy of movements to align with COR and NHVR requirements Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks Manage all HSSE tasks related to the contract to a high standard ensuring we can retain a Zero Harm attitude Provide input and recommend measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the transport operations, and seek to continuously improve the transport operation  Proactively ensuring compliance to relevant Client policies and procedures, particularly in the area of HSSE Establishing and managing work procedures to meet transport demands as dictated by production schedules and work flows Proven ability to build and maintain a high level of relationship with transport contractors  Demonstrated ability to deliver against tight deadlines ensuring HSSE is met every time  Daily use of Maintenance Management System (Mex) for creating consignments for all daily transport requirements Prepare morning safety moments for meetings and run safety audits on a weekly basis  Prepare weekly and monthly meeting reports to display to Contract Holder  Manage contracting companies to provide a service to our Client Transport requirements Manage assets on a daily basis to ensure they maintain a Safer Together standard and meet all maintenance requirements Maintaining a full team of employees with rostering allocations to ensure contract requirements are met  Interact with rig managers, rig move managers, and Client staff on a daily basis to ensure demands are met to a high standard
