Thomas Ash Email and Phone Number
I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual who has experience in a range of different roles. Following the achievement of a First-Class Honour’s degree in Business Management, I secured a 2-year graduate programme at the world’s biggest building society, Nationwide. On this programme I worked in a variety of different roles including Operations, Fraud, HR & Change and Learning & Development. In these roles, I gained an understanding of how these departments contribute to the overall business success. Throughout this time, I have developed excellent stakeholder management skills, become comfortable with change and identified how to make an impact in a short period of time. Following a successful 6-month placement within my graduate programme, I was offered a permanent role as a Learning & Development Consultant. In this role I deliver face to face and virtual sessions, contribute to the design portfolio and consultancy work, all of which are carried out at a very high standard.
