• Three month research placement working alongside a protective equipment company to numerically analyse and compare the impact properties of various equestrian protective gear solutions.• My role was to develop the numerical models to be analysed using LS-Dyna. The results of these models were communicated and presented to the company through videos and a report. • Currently working on writing a scientific paper presenting the findings of my research, with the aim of this being published.
