Undertake desk research and analysis on counter terrorism and rule of law related issues.Write/draft reports or other documents.Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings/workshops/events in Malta.

Assist MEDAC members of staff in the preparation and setting up of a series of seminars, debates and discussions in relation to the Academy’s ongoing activities for its 30th Anniversary celebrations.Assist in coordination and implementation of international conferences and seminars organized by MEDAC and its partner institutions including the Anna Lindh Foundation and Konrad – Adenauer Stiftung. Prepare, maintain and update MEDAC’s website and social media outlets.

Monitor and oversee property that is owned, leased and managed by the company. Create, organize and maintain property portfolios while ensuring regular maintenance. Handle special projects as determined by managing directors by liaising with government authorities, project managers, contractors and architects.

Assisting the EU Policy and Legislation team with a number of MEUSAC's Sectoral Committees dealing with consultation and information on EU Policy and Legislation. Assisting the EU Funding team in providing technical information about EU funding opportunities to non-governmental organisations and local councils to tap into various EU-funding opportunities.
